Our role is to act as a third party facilitator between the hospitals and surgeons we are affiliated with and yourself; we endeavour to work in your best interests as part of this process. We may collect personal information that is sensitive and may relate to health or medical details. Sensitive information will be used or disclosed only for the purpose for which it was given and forwarded directly to the party it is intended for as required

Quotations
The amount fixed by Par Excellence Medical tourism (PEMT) Medical Tourism on the first stage is an estimate. The decisive amount will be confirmed after the face to face consultation. It is important to insist that the original estimate may be slightly modified after the personal evaluation carried out by the professional, once the patient has arrived in India.

Reservations
Once the date for the trip and all the details concerning the medical services have been agreed upon, the patient will have to make a payment that will be 30% of the package's total cost for us to go ahead with your provisional booking (to book hotels, local travelling, transportation, hospital deposit & other charges as may be required). Once the reservation has been made, the patient will be referred to the Patient Care Center.

Departure
The patient will be taken to the airport by the Companion on the day of his/her departure.
After the trip The Patient Care advisors will get in touch with the patient to check on his health and well-being.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the trip before travelling:
